From September 12 you can walk a finished Type B on floor 3 of Building A: the real floor, the real kitchen, the real light. Everything you see is the handover specification, not an upgrade package.

Fifty-three of the 86 homes in Building A are spoken for. Two-room Type A layouts are moving fastest; the south-west corner Type B apartments on floors 7 to 9 are the ones we would look at first.
