At 06:12 on Tuesday the first concrete truck backed onto the hoist deck, and by mid-afternoon the twelfth and final floor slab of Building A was poured. The structure is complete — three weeks ahead of the construction program signed in 2025.
The margin came from the winter that never quite arrived and from a decision made back in March: pre-assembling the formwork tables on the ground and flying them between floors in one lift instead of three. That change alone saved roughly two days per floor across the last five floors.
With the frame done, the tower crane switches to facade duty. The first brick-and-aluminum panels arrive from the plant next week and installation starts on the north elevation, working clockwise. If you walk past the site fence on Construction Ave, the change will be visible within days.
Concrete doesn’t care about press releases — either the slab cures on program or it doesn’t. This one did, twelve times in a row.
